ABOUT THE SHOW

Sutton Foster and Kelli O’Hara, two of Broadway’s most celebrated leading ladies, will reunite on the Staller Center stage for the 2027 Gala.

Their story with Staller is special: in 2019, Staller Center brought the two stars together for their first-ever duo performance, creating a show featuring just the two of them. It was an unforgettable evening, held only moments before the world shut down for the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, they return to where that collaboration began for another extraordinary night celebrating Broadway and the performing arts, with proceeds supporting Staller Center’s year-round programming and arts education outreach across Stony Brook University and Long Island.

A two-time Tony Award winner, Foster has brought iconic roles to life in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Anything Goes, The Music Man, and Sweeney Todd. O’Hara, a Tony Award winner and eight-time nominee, has earned acclaim for her performances in The King and I, The Light in the Piazza, South Pacific, The Bridges of Madison County, and Kiss Me, Kate. Together, these extraordinary talents promise a spectacular evening of Broadway artistry, star power, and celebration.
