Description
Your application has three parts:
- General Information
- Short answer questions
- Recommendation – Identify a SBU professional staff or faculty member who knows you well (Example: 101 instructor, Residence Hall Director, Advisor, Assistant Director for the Community, Supervisor, etc) and submit their SBU contact information.
NOTE: A link to the Reference Form will be sent directly to your reference once you submit your application with their contact information. It is the applicant's responsibility to formally request and ensure that their reference completes the online reference form.

The application opens on Monday, October 6. The deadline to submit an application
is Sunday, November 9 at 11:59pm.

Process after Application Submission
Successful candidates will be expected to attend a Group Process Interview that will take place in early December. At the end of the Fall semester, a final grade and judicial check will be conducted at which time all successful candidates will be given permission to add the Fellows Seminar course (SBU 275) to their Spring schedule.
