Student Affairs Accessibility Guidelines

Our team is here to help our Student Affairs community navigate the process of creating and maintaining digital content that meets accessibility and branding standards. Here, you’ll find practical resources, including an Accessibility Checklist spreadsheet, training materials, and guidance for collaborating with vendors, that make it easier to stay compliant with Title II of the ADA and WCAG 2.2 AA standards by April 24, 2026. You can also submit questions or share project details through the Digital Accessibility Committee members for your department or the CRAFT form for further assistance. Together, these tools are here to support you in building digital spaces that reflect our brand and advance inclusive media on campus.

Checklist

The checklist provides guidelines you should be following for almost every design category. These categories include graphics, email, website, print materials (i.e. PDFs), social media, and video content.
