• What is MCM funding and how do I request it?
  The program was established as a mechanism to allow campuses to do small, critical projects that addressed immediate health and safety concerns. The amount of funding provided to a campus was determined by the seriousness and immediacy of the necessary rehabilitation.   The maximum project size is $150,000. • How do I initiate a project request?
  Contact your building manager or department chairperson (if there is no building manager) who will submit a project request via our on-line system.
• What am I responsible to provide outside of construction?
  Departments to procure: modular furniture, carpet, telecom/data, window treatments, audio visual equipment, laboratory equipment and moving services. Visit the Procurement website for more information. 
• How do I acquire a floor plan for my building?
  Submit an on-line application for CADD Drawings of your floor.
• Can I perform my own work in my building?
  No, ALL design and construction shall be monitored and coordinated by the Office of Capital Planning and the Office of Campus Planning, Design and Construction.
• Are permits and certificates of occupancy required to renovate space?

  Yes, all work shall be approved for applicable building codes and energy conservation codes for compliance by the Code Compliance Manager.
