MOMIX’S most spectacular dance creation, Botanica, follows the rhythms of the seasons, the evolution of the world, and the passing of a day, performed by an outstanding company that defies categorization as easily as its dancers defy gravity.  Botanica is inspired by nature and the four seasons, with a musical score ranging from birdsongs to Vivaldi serving as a backdrop for a magical exploration of a moving, animated world.

MOMIX has always been celebrated for presenting work of exceptional inventiveness and physical beauty. It is known internationally for its ability to conjure a world of surrealistic images using props, light, shadow, humor and the human body. The company of dancer/illusionists performs under the direction of founder Moses Pendleton.
